Realty reform is needed now!

If anyone reading this has bought a house in the great state of New York recently, I am sure you can feel my pain or at least sympathize with my struggle. As I noted in a recent post, my wife and I have gone through the motions to purchase a new house. In doing so, we jumped through many hoops to secure the home we wanted to purchase and at the advice of our realtor, who at this point shall remain nameless we ended up removing contingencies and endured the onslaught of the bump clause to ensure our purchase.
